Leading a team of 12 staff, 40 volunteers and 20 freelancers, creating and realising a common vision, overseeing restaurant, theatre, cinema, agriculture, food shop, educational programmes, organising seasonal public events with up to 1,500 guests, networking with political institutions and multiple organisations, conducting donation campaigns and organising team events, for the last three months mainly assisted in the wood workshop and learnt the basics of woodworking
